Self catering modern barn conversion next to our beautiful Grade 2 Listed Farmhouse within the Dartmoor National Park. The Barn has direct access to the moor. We are 1/4 mile from Manaton's ancient church & village green and 1/2 mile to village pub, the Kestor Inn. A bridle path to Bowerman's Nose starts from behind the cottage. 
Two bedrooms on the ground floor, one double and the other twin/triple with well fitted tiled bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs is a well furnished all-in-one living/dining/kitchen with oak floor, rugs, partly-exposed granite and original beams. There is a TV/Video/DVD and a CD player as well as a house phone. The fully fitted kitchen has a stove & microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a sofa bed upstairs, so the Barn comfortably sleeps 4/6. A large cot is also available. 
Under-floor heating & hot water are included in price, as well as bed linen and towels
Bed & Breakfast is available.
Dogs are welcome and we have stabling for your horse.
Guests must like dogs as we have 6!
